"We requested an accessible room but even after waiting for the room when checking in sa it was not yet ready ,we didn’t get what we requested - so it was very difficult for seniors to climb to the big bath tub for a shower "

"Spacious rooms, lovely view of the water, tub and shower separate which was nice. Staff and security guards were super friendly. Forum Tower health club was awesome! Hot tub was actually hot, pool was nice and warm. The 3 different exercise rooms were amazing and have everything you need and more for a full workout! Lockers in change room were easy to set codes and the bathing suit drying spinner was a nice unexpected luxury not having to go back to the room in a wet bathing suit! Loved our stay...
