"Good clean room overlooking the American Falls. Friendly helpful staff. Municipal parking adjacent to the hotel with indoor access to the hotel. Casino connected to the hotel. Access to Hard Rock Cafe for outstanding meal. Starbucks in the lobby for morning coffee. Hot hotel breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices, although not included in room price, with restaurant having outstanding views of the Falls in 13th floor. Peaceful, cozy room. Clean bathroom, well appointed....

"Spacious suite and nice views from high up. For the price, bathrooms are a bit outdated but that’s just if I’m being picky. Also beds are not true King, they’re california king which makes it longer but not as wide. Our fault trying to squeeze 3 people into one bed though lol"

"I’ve been at this hotel many times both on business trips and family and my last stay was very disappointing. kids running up and down the hallways until 11:30 PM yelling and making a lot of noise. I called front reception twice and kindly ask for them to take care of it and it just went on and on. The room that I had for some reason felt very dated and all of the traffic from the Riverview was so loud like the windows were paper thin. "

"The best part about this hotel is it is located right at the heart of downtown and a few steps away from the subway station. The rooms are a bit cramped but real estate space must be a luxury in this part of Toronto. The breakfast is great and the staff are friendly. "

"My friends and I did a fun get-away to Toronto for 5 days and really enjoyed our stay at Cambridge in the financial district. Location was very convenient to restaurants and theaters. The staff was very helpful and our room was ideal for our needs. I did wish they had a continental breakfast included but alas they don’t at this time. The breakfast is $17 and good but not included. "

"the unit i stayed at the 10th floor is extremely cold in the room. when I checked in, I was surprised to see staff already in my unit changing the heater, they are very nice. however, the whole unit still feels cold. furthermore, I have booked the exact same room type for all my stays in this hotel but the staff on the 28th of December claimed that the room that I booked for the 29th is a lower tier without kitchen. He then proceeded to claim that he will upgrade for me to the room with kitchen...
