"Lovely room overlooking the river, very comfortable bed, big shower. The hotel is beautiful decorated, with indoor sitting areas and plenty of room on the veranda to watch the passing boats.The manager is very friendly and helpful always with a smile. We would stay again, walking distance to the Main Street shops and restaurants and to Griffiths island to explore. We stayed 3 nights."

"The stay at the Captain at the bay is awesome especially the bath tub is just beside the bed. After a long day of travel on the great ocean road, it is a best place to relax. The breakfast was nice and the hotel staff is friendly."

"The host was extremely helpful and friendly - we even arrived early and he let us book in. Bed was very comfortable and clean. Furniture was excellent quality. I loved that we all sat together at breakfast and chatted about our travels."

"The house accommodation was ideal for our family. Plenty of room and just a short drive to the centre of Port Fairy shops and restaurants. The large grounds provided privacy and the large spa was an added feature. Highly recommended. "
