BUT—big but here—the moment we stepped inside, all our fears vanished faster than free Wi-Fi on a family road trip. The rooms? Spotless. Clean, comfy beds that didn’t feel like they were borrowed from a 1980s hospital ward. The bathrooms had clearly been updated a few years ago and were sparkling, well-stocked, and honestly better than a lot of big-name hotels we’ve stayed at. Housekeeping? Absolute legends. Friendly, cheerful, and definitely doing a great job. We saw a previous review bizarrely commenting on someone's race—seriously? If you're rating people based on their ethnicity instead of service, maybe you're the problem. Just saying. "We stayed here for nearly 2 weeks with our 6month old. It was situated in the perfect area, almost on the great ocean Rd, short walking distances to the shops cafes restaurants and hospital. Managers were lovely. We had a perfect first holiday with our baby. "
