"Booked a 2 bed suite. Waited approx 20 mins to check in as only one person at the desk. This was after dragging our suitcases up the steps with no help- no concierge available. Room not ready, so more waiting. Suite in ok but broken tiles in the bathroom. Heating/ cooling in the suite primitive. Not easy to use-dangerous when lifting one end of the unit, no cover and wires visible in the hole. Nowhere to have a nice dinner in the hotel- only the cricketers bar- noisy and very limited menu.
