"It’s an older property but well maintained. I wish it still had the sky bridge connecting to the airport. I would have planned my timing better if I knew I had to wait for a shuttle."

"The whole experience was good property and the front desk overall good experience Only problem we had at breakfast one of the staff was too rude even though no one touch the food with bare hands used the thong but she spoke very rudely arguing even though we explained but no use That wasn’t the pleasant experience before the checkout this breakfast staff need to be notified Hope they fix the problem for future guests "

"Truly a historic building with a warm and cozy atmosphere. Staff is very friendly. Indoor pool is large and clean. Outdoor pool was not open yet but looks wonderful. The view of Union City in the valley below was so pretty. We were upgraded from a standard queen room to a king, which was a pleasant surprise. Lobby has a large fireplace and great staircase. We enjoyed playing a couple of games of chess there, accompanied by a drink from the bar. Hotel is older and may lack a few things but...

"I had 7 rooms booked for my touring band. We checked in late (after 11pm) after our show near Pittsburgh. Debbie, behind the desk for the night shift, was awesome, friendly, and helpful, when checking us in late in the evening. She was also quite sociable (and funny) while a few of us hung out in the lobby, late night. The rooms were fine. Clean and comfortable. In the morning, my phone started blowing up with texts from my band members saying there was no hot water. Several members called...

Right off the highway we found this hotel for a quick nights rest, booked online (third party) and within 30 minutes showed up to everything being prepared and ready for us. Beds were comfortable, pillows were great. Clean environment! Felt comfortable here for a great rate to bring our young kids in, "
