"Room had a smell housekeeper was kind enough to get it handled. Also I had convenes about wear and tear in the room they assured it wouldn’t come off my accidental fee. Staff was pretty cool.only real complaint is the heater was up in the pool and lobby area on a 70 degree rainy weather day with and one elevator was down so spent alot of time waiting on one elevator with a busy guest day. WiFi was a bit difficult to log in but we got it. Queen suite was a decent size for me and 3 others. Bed was extremely comfortable as well as the shower and water pressure. I slept like a baby. Over all we enjoy our one night staycation. My kids just wanted to swim and we ate breakfast. "

"So we stayed for a hockey game. It took 2 hours from the time we entered parking line for valet until we were in the room. No rooms were available before 4. We missed the burg inning of the penguin game. The lines were unreal. Staff seemed overwhelmed. Lines for elevators were long. And restaurant did not have space. We have stayed here before without issue. But hundreds of people in the lobby either without rooms ready or waiting 1-2 hours to check in is simply not acceptable "

"The equipment in rooms are very noisy and not working properly The air conditioner was not working properly and noisy throughout the night that you don't get a good night sleep at all."
