We came to Univ of Pitt graduation, she was able to accomodate us with checking in by 1pm instead of the 4pm check in time. Overall stay was great. Highly recommend Spring Hills at Marriott in Monroeville Pittsburg. "

"I picked this hotel because it recieved a 6.8 "Good" rating on Expedia. It was far from good. I would have given it a 0 but that was not an option.The entire property is run down and dirty on the outside. The room clearly had not been cleaned. Therr was residue on the toilet seat, floors, mirrors and chairs. The tub was stained. Rust on the walls and ceiling in the bathroom. There was a puddle of water on the floor between the tub and toilet. A drop of water landed on my arm. I looked up and...

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. There were ample parking spaces available and easy to get on the highway."

"The whole experience was good property and the front desk overall good experience Only problem we had at breakfast one of the staff was too rude even though no one touch the food with bare hands used the thong but she spoke very rudely arguing even though we explained but no use That wasn’t the pleasant experience before the checkout this breakfast staff need to be notified Hope they fix the problem for future guests "

"We arrived around 11 pm ant the room was about 100 degrees hot. Everything in the room was hot to the touch.The heat was on and AC did not worked.. Asked the front desk to change the room and she stated there is no room available but we are free to leave and find another hotel. Took half an hour for her to come up to come up and confirm the AC was not working. Since we were too tired after long drive decided to stay and later regretted as we could not sleep in the hot room.
