"The airport shuttle drivers when we left for an early flight and returned from a late flight were great! But the front desk staff lacked good customer service. Be sure to ask for specific directions about where to park. And get your ticket validated if you need to leave the lot and return during your stay."

However, I am requesting reimbursement for my original prepaid reservation of approximately $72.65 as well due to the circumstances surrounding this stay. "Hot breakfast was good. Staff good to give extra pillows and blanket. Room was clean. Needed more usb ports."

"Parking lot full of potholes, outside was not kept up at all. Very dirty looking. Secondary Security doors in and out u didn't need a key because the locks were broken and doors wouldn't latch. Rooms were ok but still not very clean there was hairs on are sheets pee on toilet and tissue boxes in the bathroom. The elevator smells strongly of grease and the floor covered in dirt and paper. Definitely would not recommend staying there!"
