"Friendly at the front desk, room was fine. However, there was no lock/latch on the "back door" at the end of the hall. Guests can go out there to smoke (or walk dogs), but the door does not lock; guests (or anyone) can just walk right in, with no security there at all. No problem with the locks on ..."
