Cari Motel di Southwest Houston

"Good"

"I asked for an upstairs room and extra towels but did not receive either. Placed downstairs in the nightly rooms when I paid for a whole night. Brown dry substance smeared on the floor between the bed and mini fridge. 3 dingy pillows instead of 4 for King sized bed. Gaping gap under the door, a port for bugs, rodents and small animals. Decor was cute but unkept and did not smell pleasant. Smelled of smoke and some kind of oil. Suspect hidden cameras. Should be half the price that was charged....

"Loved how close it was to the stadium. Walking distance for sure!"

The hotel then refused to refund me and Expedia did nothing to help. Unfortunately for the hotel, I'm in Houston once a month and I'll be seeing them again. ...
