"All of the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. There was an issue with our room (bad smell). The hotel manager Shai immediately upgraded us to another room and the issue was solved. Beds were comfortable and cozy, bathroom was spacious, clean, with nice amenities. Would highly recommend!"
