"We've been staying at this hotel when we come to mayo clinic every couple of weeks, for over a year. The breakfast area and food options have gone downhill--not kept up well. Used to have more attention given it. "

"Historical spaces inside the Hotel were fun to investigate and provided an insight into the history of the property and its role in the city of Red Wing. Restaurants onsite were very good. Proximity to AMTRAK makes for an interesting commuting option. Train noises were loud at times. Quirky property overall, mostly in a good way. Overall the rates are a bit pricey. That said we will likely return when we can get a deal."

"Our stay was 2 weeks while husband received new liver at Mayo. Great place to stay, always book ahead of time, they do sell out. Driver takes you to Mayo buildings, however you can get to Mayo from inside skyway. Food is delicious from room service. "

"Beautiful B&B in the country, along with a wedding venue. Breakfast was phenomenal and rooms were very nice and clean. Nice grounds where you can go for a walk. Quick drive to Redwing and a 15 min drive to Lake City. "
