"Property and building were poorly taken care of. Weeds all over . My thought right away upon entering was that if the outside area is full of weeds and garbage then what does the inside look like. I wasn’t far off, floors and other areas dirty and everything seemed cheap."

"Lobby reception was amazing. When one of our guests needed a disposable razor, the receptionist came all the way up to our room to deliver a razor and shaving cream. Room service for cleaning was on-and-off: they left a “we honored your no-privacy sign” card on our door and did not clean our room despite us not leaving a no-privacy sign on."

"It's a Budget friendly hotel keep that in mind . The front desk people were very nice I didn't need nothing more than check in on my visit . My room was clean looked close to the picture from the website , beautiful wall paper of Minneaplis and bed clean . The furniture had wear and tire and some spots on the carpet , the TV was outdated but had good cable channels. "Strange shaped room with a useless window and strange odor in the room. Breakfast was okay, no breakfast meat except tortilla filling. Didn’t like finding out “after” reserving the room that there would be an additional charge of $14 to park there!"

"The atmosphere was awesome, very decorative and very well kept. One girl at the front desk named Patrick was awesome! He brought me a remote for my room and he even brought me a space heater b/c I was cold. The down side is they don’t have a microwave in the rooms nor do they have ice on the floors. Other than that it was great! I live that they had a shuttle to pick you up from the airport and take you places though. Overall it was a good stay."

"the toilet in my room wouldn't flush properly , so changed rooms 2nd room was better except there was like a 1 - 2 inch gap between the floor and door bottom to hallway. When calling desk it took a long time for staff to answere phone had to call more than 1 time. Seemed to have a slight musty smell ( odor ) when you walked in. GOOD TV, GOOD TRANSPORT TO AIRPORT !! for the price it was okay"

"Had 3 adults 2 kids in a 2 room queen suit. With a queen pull out bed too. The pull out bed was completly broken to pieces with crumbs and do Ritz crackers falling out. So unusable. Which we needed it, and only got that room because it "slept 6" 🙄 so instead my sitter slept on the couch which you would sink into without using pillows in the Crack. "Great surprise. I wasn’t expecting something so good, but I definitely got it. For the price, this hotel is amazing! Clean, quiet, and relatively safe. It’s not a Hilton that costs $700 a night, so it’s not glamorous but I felt safe, enjoyed the hot tub, and spent four days relaxing with my partner. That’s a win for me."
