"This was my family's first time staying at a casino resort. It certainly had plenty of entertainment options and the room was fine for our needs. Once we figured out how things worked, the food options were fine and the breakfast buffet was really good. The main deterrent for me was the convoluted system for doing anything and the fact that you had to keep going through the casino. "Bed and room were fine but maintenance was lacking :A hole in the bathroom wall either from a slammed door or missing hanger, the sofa cushions sank down to the sofa bed below. Just left the impression of lack of care."

"Room was clean and ready at time of check in. We also needed to extend our stay an additional day and they couldn’t give us the same room but did give us a better room at same price as before."

"This place is not what it used to be. Room was ok but drains were very slow. Breakfast left much to be desired. After the first day, we decided to go out for breakfast."

"Rooms and hotel were very well maintained. Our room was very nice. Only complaint they didn't keep up with the coffee, so it was out both morning. Breakfast 1st morning was very sparce and never replaced even by 830. Sunday Breakfast was much better but not much coffee was available. "Rooms were large, bed was very comfortable, breakfast was normal hotel quality and opened early. Plenty of parking, even with a boat. The hotel was completely full do to a kids baseball tournament. The room we were assigned was next to pool so sleep was optional. The only down side."
