"We checked in at 4pm, when it says on their website that check in time starts. Upon arrival, we were told that our room wasn't ready yet and that they didn't know when it would be ready. We arrived at 4pm so that we could sit in the hot tub before the concert at Treasure Island started at 6pm. We missed out on the hot tub and had to get ready in the main hallway bathroom since our room still wasn't ready. It was dissapointing. "The hot tub was not working, and we were disappointed, since we came here to take a weekend to relax. The staff was so kind to switch our room to a jacuzzi suite. Bonus! Privacy, and no chlorine! They truly went above and beyond to help resolve our issue.Thank you all! "
