"I had never VRBO an APT/HOTEL before, but I liked the idea of 24 hr. front desk for check in. The property looked good from the pics and we were very interested in the pool, washer/dryer and included parking. Check in was busy and went quick but they never told us that the property was without power. I found that out from another guest. Hey things happen but they couldn't tell us anything about why or timeline and should have told us at time of check-in. 2 hours later (6 PM getting dark/no...

Top Southeast Florida Hotel Reviews

The Elser Hotel Miami

8/10 Good

"Overall, I felt the hotel offered excellent value for the nightly rate compared to the quality of the accommodations and service. My only criticism would be the overnight parking fee, which I believe was approximately $83 per night. That felt a bit excessive and out of proportion to the overall cost of the stay. Aside from that, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The accommodations were comfortable, the location was excellent, and the staff were welcoming and professional. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to others!"

Embassy Suites by Hilton Miami International Airport

10/10 Excellent

"Claudia the front desk receptionist was amazing. She made us feel like she customized our stay just for us. They offer transportation to restaurants and activities with 3 miles. Happy hour is a must go to. Very clean. Not one complaint."

Fontainebleau Miami Beach

8/10 Good

"We were told when arriving at the property that there was construction as they were putting in a new water park. Due to this, we were told we were getting an upgraded room that would provide the same amenities we had booked withe the original room. It would have had two and a half bathrooms. We were upgraded to another tower, and were told we should not see or hear the construction. Getting to the upgraded room selection, we were initially pleased with the view as it was spectacular, however, there was only one and a half bathrooms which for 5 people staying made things a little tougher to get ready for dinners and planned outings. The construction started at 7:00am every morning. This was not quiet, and was loud every morning including weekends. The hotel provided a $100 credit for the issues reported, but that seemed a little low for the issues we had with the daily noise from the construction. You could not go anywhere on the property without hearing the noise as it was so loud. If the construction was not going on, this property would have gotten a 5 star review. But the lack of customer appreciation and notification before arrival about the construction should have lead to better compensation."
