"Shuttle service to and from airport was prompt, easy to locate, courteous drivers. All staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was so comfortable! Room was very nice. Quiet at night. The room was nicely cleaned except for the bathroom floor and carpet. Looks like it just didn't get done that day. Also the room looked due for a spring cleaning, like minor grime in the nooks and crannies. And I only notice because I'm hypersensitive to that kind of thing. Overall the room was done up nicely. I didn't have the breakfast so can't comment on that. I would stay again."

"The front desk and manager were friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately the area is not safe, our room was not cleaned or beds made, others rooms were not clean or made as well. I felt bad for the manager and front desk person. They did give us a refund and we ended up staying in a more expensive nice hotel downtown. We were just passing the so thought a clean inexpensive hotel would be perfect, unfortunately this wasn’t it."

"The parking is easy and easy to access. It’s a great location and perfectly peaceful. I look forward to the hot tub fixed, and I request to ad MS NBC to the cable TV. "

"very decent room for the price, proximity to the airport. the room is clean and a good size. the only complaint I have is the bathroom. The toilet seat was loose, the toilet made a very loud screech a few seconds after flushing, and there was no soap (body wash or hand soap) when we got in, though they quickly brought us some bars of soap to wash hands with after we asked. Overall, very good experience considering we booked last minute to rest before a flight, and they were able to accomodate a family of 8. I think if they pay a little bit more attention to the bathrooms, I'd definitely recommend it and return here. "
