The bed was not bad but everything else was appalling - two 4 person lifts (2 person if you have luggage) and one of the those lifts was out of use. WiFi non existent and no 5G signal so if you want a quiet night and no shower then ideal place. Breakfast mediocre"

A kettle, tea and coffee were provided but no milk or creamer. Some reception staff were very helpful, others frankly did not seem to have a clue. In particular, the parking payment system was not explained to me on arrival. I was standing at the machine in the carpark, but it did not say anywhere that if resident you paid at reception.
