"A nice and comfortable hotel in the center of Cardiff. Would stay here again!"

"Lovely hotel, ideally situated in Cardiff centre and 5 minutes from train station. Rooms were well appointed - very comfy bed and pillows, a quiet, efficient air con and a great bathroom with shower. Breakfast was excellent - plenty of choice and it was nice to see that local produce was used. Plates were cleared and tables tidied very quickly. All the staff worked hard and were welcoming and friendly. Would stay again."

Will definitely stay again. Good location for Cardiff Castle for the concert we were attending there & also just a few minutes walk from the shops."

"Staff very polite and helpful, however the lifts in the resorts were really bad, very slow and not enough lifts for the number of rooms, sometimes i had to wait well over 5 mins to get into the lift, my room was on the 8th floor do could not really use the stairs"
