"A wonderful old-world experience of exceptional service and luxury, The hotel is conveniently located to be able to explore Cardiff on foot from that park and castle to shops and restaurants. Our room was beautiful, comfortable and quiet looking out onto an inner courtyard. The spa is also highly recommended as well as their 5* breakfast."

"Lovely hotel, room spotless but a little bit tired considering what you pay. However a really good hotel and would not hesitate in staying again.
