"Staff very polite and helpful, however the lifts in the resorts were really bad, very slow and not enough lifts for the number of rooms, sometimes i had to wait well over 5 mins to get into the lift, my room was on the 8th floor do could not really use the stairs"

"The front desk staff were amazing, so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our kids were happy to see a play area directly inside the lobby too.
The room was nice, and it was useful to have a water dispenser on every level.
Breakfast was good, selection could have been better but it was perfectly fine for a great start.
The pool and spa facilities were a nice touch with both a proper steam room and sauna. I advise to go earlier as it can get busy with families in the pool. Gym is well kitted...

"Good location. However when we arrived we were not given the type of room we'd reserved, 3 months ahead of time. The staff did not really care about what we'd booked on expedia after I showed the confirmation, they said it wasn't binding to them. The hotel was full so no other room was available. The room was fine, had a lovely view but we'd booked two beds so they had to bring up a single bed which obviously used up a lot of space. This distracted from our
experience of expecting better...
