"We booked 2 rooms here for a concert. The area around it is sketchy BUT the hotel makes you feel safe once in the room. Clean and decently quiet considering there were locals that were outside all night. Our taxi driver almost wouldnt take us to our hotel because the area is not the safest. But hotel-wise it was what we needed. Not sure I'd recommend for families with children, solo or couples trip due to the area. "

"Jaslin hotel is located at a convenient location surrounded by Asian eateries. It’s close to bus and subway stops. The staff was most helpful although the phone in the room doesn’t work "

"Just an overnight stay for a college campus visit, but had the Hyatt recommended by numerous people and it didn't disappoint. What a great community the Hyde Park area was. Rooms were very nice, big and extremely clean. Will definitely be making that out go to for all future trips to the Chicago land area"
