Hundreds of people were waiting everywhere: check-in, room keys, and even luggage. I waited 2 hours for my bags, then had to retrieve them myself and stand in another line. We spent half the day just waiting. No one was available to help, and no one answered the phone. If you’re hosting thousands of guests (like the volleyball teams), at least warn people and...
