"Room was clean and staff was helpful but our see view room was disappointing the first room was on an incline so ask to switch as I could not sleep with my head facing down and in both rooms the so called sea view was a very small window that was in one corner that you had to stand up and get in front of it to see the sea and the rooms was very small and the window let in very little light and we had to have a light on in the middle of the day ! "We had booked two overnight stays at the start and end of a cruise. While on bith occasions we arrived at the hotel well ahead of normal check-in time, we only had to wait a short time until our room was available. This was very good as it was tiring after a long journey. "Possibly my top experience EVER in a hotel stay! Staff were always available, extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The layout was really perfect with a bar/resturaunt downstairs. Every detail in the room had been thought out: a motion sensitive light under the bed so if you got up at night, it lit the floor. Comfortable bedding and pillows. Easy access to lighting and phone charging. Everything very clean and organized. Nice, modern decor. The location was great, within easy walking...

"We were made very welcome on arrival and throughout by friendly helpful staff.Our room 60 with patio was lovely.so we sat in the sun overlooking gadrens listening to birds singing and a Squirrel on the lawn . The pool was just right for a lovely swim . The lounges restorant and general building and garden beautiful. Thankyou Flackley and staff for lovely stay."
