"In my experience traveling twice yearly from the north to Florida and back, this Fairfield hotel exceeded my expectations. The hotel and our room both were very clean and fresh feeling. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had a lovely walk-in shower, comfortable beds and a large screen TV which we were easily able to hook up to our computer. Breakfast was very good too. We'll be back."

"Wonderful location right downtown. Within steps of a slew of restaurants, shops and stores. Right next to radioactive pinball which you should definitely check out. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were awesome and clean. Highly recommended!"

"We had an excellent stay. Customer service was very friendly at front desk and helpful. We had a wonderful time at the pool. I'm in the pool industry. The chemicals were correct, very clean, and towels were available at the pool.We even brought our 3 grandchildren to the pool with us and a wonderful time. Buffet breakfast was outstanding both mornings in a row. We highly recommend this hotel. We had an incredible time!"

"The workers are really friendly and kind and try to help to the best they can and the breakfast was really good and the room was clean on a daily basis and where was more then enough parking never had a problem finding parking the days I was there"

"Not sure where to start. The first room We were assigned. Well when we opened the door the room was not cleaned. Beds were not made. The next room we had to move due to a strong order. I will never stay in that establishment again. I should have gotten my money back. I strongly recommend that no one stays at this hotel."

"It's decent for the price and great for a quick night's rest. Overall the room was nice as far as the comfort of the bed and pillows. There was no shower liner however which was weird being that the shower curtain itself had been cut short. Do not expect a breakfast that you'd find at Holiday Inn here. It's very limited so grabbing breakfast elsewhere is your best bet. If I needed to grab a room for a quick layover this is it but definitely not for multiple days. Still an easy 4 out of 5 for me...
