"The room was clean and tidy upon arrival. We arrived around 8am and had to wait a long time for a staff member to come to the desk to check us in. There is no AC in the halls or elevator so it was pretty hot. Breakfast was not great and there were a ton of flies in the dining room. Overall probably wouldn’t chose this hotel again."

"We were pleasantly surprised by this historic gem in the small town of Florence, SC. The best part was the in-hotel restaurant called “Victors.” The waiter was so warm and helpful in recommending food and drinks for the whole family. It enhanced our experience greatly!"

"This Hotel and the staff were awesome. The location of the hotel is right off the highway and it has almost every restaurant you want within a minute drive or 2 minute walk. There is even a QT gas station in the same parking lot in case you need gas or want some snacks. The breakfast was delicious and the pool was added bonus. We will definitely be staying here if we return to Manning"

"I stayed for 4 days and things seemed fine until the last evening, when I discovered that one of the "new" towels that housekeeping had replaced that morning was actually dirty, with makeup and dirt on it (definitely not my makeup & not my dirt.) I'm fine with not replacing my used towel - which I had hung up - but I certainly don't want someone else's dirty laundry. This raised questions about how clean other items had been the whole time. Yuck."

"Will never stay again...after being told my room was not available upon check in, even though paid through expedia.com weeks before. Then them finding a room for me. Made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. What type of business are you running? Shower door didn't close properly so water leaked out on to tile floor."

"I enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt... one of the keys points for me is the location... walking distance to a couple of restaurants and shops... quiet area, clean hotel , clean room, friendly helpful staff 10/10"

"There was a lot to like about this hotel. The attached restaurant with a patio, excellent gym, park within walking distance to walk or run outside, breakfast was decent and the staff were very helpful/kind/ professional. The only downside was the highway noise but this did not affect our visit."
