"The woman at the front desk is so rude. I spoke to 2 people they confirmed I could stay in my room after I added an extra day but the morning of this woman said I had to switch rooms and the room the gave me was not as nice, outdated and the heater didn’t work plus it was a room that connected to another room I didn’t like that."

"It was maybe one of the worst experiences I’ve had I’ve stayed at La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham before and this location was just horrible Lobby had a bad smell when we arrived door was jammed shut and we kept having trouble with the door throughout our stay just an uneasy feeling specially having our kids with us. The Room was not to expectations pictures of room were definitely deceiving dirty walls stains on carpet throughout the room "

"My son is a cancer patient at MSK. I booked him a 3 night stay. Filthy hotel. Shower did not work at all. My son stayed for 2 nights and left. No credit for last night given. No apology made."

"Small but clean. Had refrigerator, coffee maker and iron. Bright bathroom with plenty of towels."
