"This property was trying but hallways were smoky and our room did not have hot running water. The safe and refrigerator did not work. The air conditioning did work and we were grateful for that. The breakfast was Indonesian which was ok, but would have liked a non sugary cereal and fruit juice."

"Had a room full of ants on the floor and lizard poop on the bedsheet so we asked for a change of room. No issues with that. Second room was better. We had to check out early the next day and during check in, we asked for breakfast boxes to take away and even double confirmed with the front office staff about that. Next day arrived and they forgot about our breakfast boxes. Not a biggie. Just disappointing. However for the price, couldnt complain much."

"Hotel is close to the airport and adequate for a layover or overnight but I wouldn’t want to stay any longer. Room was in rough condition with scratches all over the walls and for some reason the tv randomly turned on during the night. There was also loud music that could be heard in the room until late evening while I was trying to sleep. "

"When I arrived, receptionist told me that he can't find my booking. So I show him my boucher and told I booked through hotels.com. He said, they have some trouble with hotels.com so he can give us a room but we need to pay. So what!!!! I told him "hey, some troubles with hotels.com is your business. I booked and paid already!!!!!!" He told me that talk to the manager later. After all, we could stay but it was so stressful. "

"It smells cigarettes and I guess they didn't change the line, cause it smells awful, the AC not good, and it feels like the hotel match for driver quality. But for the price that we must pay off, its too expensive for that hotel quality "

"i think you need to read past reviews with a grain of salt. Similar to some Amazon reviewers, there are folks that just can't be satisfied. If you've ever stayed at a Motel 6 in the US, this place is leaps and bounds better. Sure, it lacks amenities, like a shelf in the shower for shampoo and soap. And if you demand a western-style breakfast, get over it - your'e traveling....in Indonesia...and it's free. If you're a budget traveler, this place rocks"
