"We loved the calm feeling. Friendly staff. Wine and cheese tasting every day. Nice pool. Quiet and large rooms with zen feeling. Large bathroom with awesome bathtub. Walking distance to good restaurants. Overall a fantastic place to stay if you are looking for relaxation. "

"Lovely little jewel. Beautiful outdoor “eddy out” spots. The breakfasts were out of this world: healthy, not too big, beautifully sourced and presented. Great room snacks (and I don’t even eat room snacks!). Go!…and eat at the Glen Ellen Star just down the road!"

"Hotel lobby was recently remodeled. Beautiful. Breakfast was excellent with utmost details. Happy hour excellent with wine, cheese etc. Parking very accessible. The rooms were lovely with fireplace. "

"The building is old so a little quirky but I like that. I was very comfortable in it and I'm not always comfortable in hotels. The carpet could have been a little cleaner looking but it didn't make my socks dirty. "

"We enjoyed the convenience to wineries and hiking. The fireplaces in the rooms and around the property were very welcomed on the chilly evenings and mornings. We did not have an opportunity to use the pools, however, they are lovely. It's a lovely property and the wine tastings were a great way to meet other travelers or enjoy one of the fireplaces with your private party. "
