"The hotel is very charming, with beautiful flowers and trees surrounding each room, which creates a relaxing atmosphere. However, I expected the breakfast to be much better. The food selection was quite limited, and some items especially the breads and pastries did not seem very fresh."

"Very beautiful cottage by a creek, enjoyed the stay for three nights, just a hiccup checking in. When we arrived at 4 pm, It was raining and the office is closed, and we have to call to get checked in."

We only stayed for one night but could easily be happy here for an extended stay. The 16% tax in Healdsburg is an ouch but this hotel tried to balance it with some nice perks like a free shuttle, wine pour and the breakfast was outstanding."

"Our room had no ventilation. Water pressure was not acceptable. Dark depressed ambiance in the room . Very inconvenient plug in for the coffee maker. Lousy closet, terrible furniture, terrible lighting….pool area a joke for the number of rooms . Capacity sign for pool said limit was 15 people. Outrageously overpriced for a crummy room!"

"On April 24 I attempted to cancel this reservation for May 1 - 3, realizing I was a few hours after the "deadline." I tried to cancel with the hotel but they said I would have to cancel with you. On that day I texted/messaged you on this site and never received a response. I now see I was charged $508.52 on my credit card, presumably for two nights. I want recourse, and mostly first A RESPONSE from you. What are the components of that charge of $508.52. I have used Expedia for many trips...

"The hotel is located in the perfect side of Healdsburg. Right on the main dining and shopping street. The lounge is lively with great seating for dining and cocktails, and open walls/windows for breezy access on ground floor. Rooms on upper floors are modern, clean and quiet. Great complimentary continental breakfast bar."

"Wonderful visit. Friendliest staff ever and will help you with anything. Free parking is a plus. Breakfast was delicious and presented beautifully. Not to mention fresh baked cookies daily along with a reception hour! Our bed was low to floor which may present a problem for some people."
