"Lack of convenient hot water. Morning shower took a full 10 minutes for luke warm water. Called the owner and he acknowledged it would take "a while" for hot water to reach that end of the hotel. Also the hotel was not staffed for my Sunday and Monday nights stay. I was given a front door key to let myself in and out when going about town trusting that other guests would be responsible enough to see that they ensured the building was secure as they came and went.
