"The property location is excellent, so walkable, close to Times Square yet we had plenty of quiet to rest after long days of walking. Staff is helpful, attentive and each member we interacted with was customer service oriented. Bedding is crisp, beds and pillows very comfy, rooms are a decent size per NY standard with closet space and room to move. We didn’t use the health club. Bar is lovely. Based on location, service and comfort, we’d definitely recommend. "

"The Hotel Giraffe is a lovely, boutique hotel near the Flatiron Building. The location is great with many food options nearby. Shake Shack and Eataly are across the street. Also, close by is the Museum of Math and the Museum of sex. We had a hiccup with check-in on the day we arrived, but the staff was helpful and apologetic. We appreciated the snacks, fruit, and drinks in the lobby during the day and in the evening. The continental breakfast was very good, and the breakfast staff was also...

"The location was great! We even walked back from shopping on 5th ave to the hotel. The room was small but it was fine as we were in and out. All linens were Frette, bed was super comfortable, and the shower was hot! We were on the 9th floor so we didn’t hear any street noises. Breakfast was grab and go but there was a hot option and there was space in the cafe if you wanted to sit and eat there. It was a perfect stay for the weekend!"
