Every single staff member we encountered went out of their way to be helpful. Our room and bathroom were immaculate. Beds and linens were exceptional. Would stay here anytime!"

However, the owners might want to upgrade the levalor blinds to higher-quality ones, preferably with blackout options like those found in most hotels. Additionally, you are not insulated from the crashing noises of other guests and service staff crashing around outside your room. The elevators felt a bit slow, and we weren't particularly impressed with the hotel food. Luckily, there are many tasty options nearby. "

"Ideal Midtown location a block from Bryant Park and two different subway stations. The hotel was clean and up to date, and offers room service. Our only complaint was that we often had to wait quite a while for an elevator, particularly when going downstairs in the morning. "

The breakfast has changed a little bit. in the past i can get more sandwiches but it seems now it is restricted to only one. More beverage options are provided though which is nice. It would be nice if two pairs of slippers can be offered by default. "

"We brought our 11 year old daughter to NYC to see Aladdin. The LUMA was about a block away and I had read all the great reviews so I booked it. If you're on the fence, just book it and here is why ... They are about a half a block from Bryant Park, and a few blocks from Times Square right in the heart of Broadway. Just close enough to all the fun stuff but not STUCK in the middle of it. The nice thing is they are on a street not as busy so the noise is reduced. I had read lots of reviews...

"The property is great. The room is cute and comfortable. The staff is so nice. The free coffee/tea/ water is great and they have a wine happy hour. The downside was the lobby was filled with people so there was nowhere for us to sit inside. It seemed like a lot of college students using their laptops and not hotel guests. We sat at the lobby bar and no one came over to us. The second floor terrace was nice, we ended up getting food somewhere else and bringing it back. Our bathroom door was...
