"We really enjoyed our stay, albeit brief, at the Ludlow. From the uniquely curated design in the lobby and rooms, to the excellent customer service, to the delicious Dirty French restaurant cuisine, we were pleasantly pleased. A one off I need to mention, was the in room breakfast-it was served luke warm, taste was sub-par, Was told to call the front desk for a glass Of water-not what we experienced during dinner at the Dirty French. We will definitely revisit the Ludlow again-keep it up! ...

"I only had a one night stay, but I would definitely stay again. Small but mighty room equipped with shampoo/conditioner/body wash combo. It had electronic shades and hooks for your bags and jackets etc. Many options to eat outside the hotel and a grocery store next door. The elevator can be a little slow but taking the stairs was not a problem. The only issue I had which probably isn’t an issue everyday, and I had to check out pretty early, was that the free breakfast was not available...

"Pros: Great location and a very friendly and helpful staff. Cons: The public spaces downstairs are public, noisy and always full of people. Sometimes it was even difficult to reach the room because of the crowd at the hotel's main entrance."

"Loved my stay at the Kixby. The lux king room was spacious enough for two guests, much roomier than many NYC hotels. The complimentary water bottle upon check in was a great touch and free coffee/tea/water throughout your stay was awesome as well. The hotel is conveniently located near trains, eateries, shopping, and more. The hotel only has two guest elevators so elevator wait times could exceed more than a couple of minutes during high guest traffic hours. Other than that, I thorough enjoyed...

"DO NOT get a room that ends in 7. if you do, the entire New York City will be able to see everything you do in your bathroom. No option for privacy. If you tell the front desk about this, they will simply say that this is a “sex-positive hotel” referring to the hotel’s history with exhibitionism / voyeurism. You will literally have to confront them to even get a room change. other than that, amazing room, toiletries, amenities, cafe + bar, location, service, etc."
