"Amazing! Incredible service from everyone. Loved the beach bar - great people serving drinks and food there with amazing beach views - the tuna ceviche was the best ever. Baboo restaurant was very nice, had breakfast and dinner there. Very peaceful. My room was huge and the balcony superb to relax at. The embajadores/ras take care of everything from reservations to activities to transfers and they are delightful. All in all I had an amazing stay. Thank you."

For how much you spend they should definitely show you around other then point out a few things on the map. He kept asking for a gate pass that was never issued to me before my arrival, during my stay and was unableto receive one before my departure. Le déjeuner compris est un plus qui a rendu notre séjour très agréable. Le condo est par contre un peu défraichi, quoique très propre et calme. "It was clean snd safe, i would love to rate tge hotel higher becsuse the owners and staff were wonderful and patient with me and my lack of spanish. I did not have water in the sink and they began jackhammering and doing construction. Renovation side effect. Just bad timing for me. "
