"The hotel is located above a very diverse shopping mall and down the road from several others even more diverse. The only real issue with the Hotel That was negative was the fact that when you enter Funan Mall you really have to search for how you find the Hotel… There was one left that went to 4th floor and that was opposite McDonald’s but there was no signage anywhere else of how to get there or where it was. I wasn’t the only confused person – possibly a bit confused cause I’m over 75 - but as the lift came up a very confused young man hesitated before leaving the lift until I encouraged him and said lyf was here and directed him to the right: so confusing for the 20-year-olds as well as the seven-year-olds better signage necessary. The room was very comfortable but you needed a degree to work out how to get CNA on the TV amongst the host of channels you could’ve signed up to. "

"Clean quiet room. Excellent breakfast and Club Haus facilities. All the staff were exceptional and so helpful. A really relaxing stay. Close to lots of things to see and do."

"The hotel is situated right next to a big shopping mall so it's really convenient. The staff were helpful and friendly. And the hotel was able to provide late check-out till 2:00 for us which was really helpful because our flight was around midnight. Highly recommended if you are visiting Singapore."

"Overall, I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The room, facilities, and service met expectations, and I was genuinely happy with the experience. The only minor hiccup was that a prior request I had made was overlooked initially. However, after I went to the front desk to remind them, the staff responded promptly and resolved it efficiently, which I appreciated. Aside from this small oversight, everything else was smooth and enjoyable. I’ve always had good experiences here and would be more than happy to return again."

"Everything from check in to check out was perfect at the Fairmont. We did splash and pay for a Gold room which gave us access to their gold lounge on level 25. Upon check in in the lobby, I was whisked away by a staff member to the gold lounge where I was greeted by another lovely staff member. There we were able to sit on a couch and have a few refreshments while we were checked in. Although the room wasn’t ready we were able to stay in the lounge and utilise the snacks and refreshments until it was ready which was a great help. The room was lovely and the view impeccable. Our room was on level 23 looking out towards MBS and the Disney Adventure Cruise ship. We had an evening flight the day of checkout and again the staff were so accommodating in regards to a later check out 1pm and again, the use of the gold lounge facility, spa, pool, showers until our airport transfer arrived at 3pm. We were able to leave our luggage in our room at checkout and they had staff collect them and send to the lobby ready for our departure. I’ve stayed at plenty of hotels before this one, but I’ve never been treated so well until staying at the Fairmont. The next time we’re in Singapore I won’t hesitate booking here again. Thank you."
