"Everything about this place was top tier! Conveniently located in the airport. Commuting was a breeze with all public transportation services right outside your door. Food was magnificent! Amenities were perfect & appreciated the take aways. Shopping & conventional shops were conveniently located right outside. Spa was the best, saunas, relaxtion room & outstanding views. I could go on & on. Highly recommend, 10/10, A+,10 stars. I will definitely be staying here again!"

"The hotel was very quiet. The hotel is also in a great part of Tokyo. It was easy from the hotel to walk to the large Shinjuku rail station, where we could travel all around Tokyo. There are also easy to walk to pickup locations for day tours. The rooms are smaller than Canadians are used to, but we didn’t spend much time in our room. The bathtub and hand held shower worked well with lots of water pressure and hot water."
