"No staff and i was stressing out when i made to eisei stay instead of nishi one. The name of the two hotel were a little confusing but i get it. Thank god figured it out and successfully checked in. Room is clean and new Nothing to complain, pretty good."

"comfortable stay. we were worried about the rooms being old and musty but no such experience. it was well maintained for the rooms we were in. shuttle was a nice feature and close proximity to narita made it easy for shuttle to city or next flight out easy in the morning or late night. "

"Second stay at this hotel in Narita. Great for when you need a full day in between flights and don't need to go into Tokyo. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The bed this second time, however, seemed harder than the first time. It was uncomfortable and gave me back pain. It does make me question if I can stay again. Otherwise a great option in Narita. Right in Narita town and minutes away from the train stations, it's so convenient! And Narita is a must visit especially...
