"My first imporession of the entrance and Lobby is that it feels a little dark. But maybe its intentional to give it a more intimate feel. The staff was excellent. I will give the satff 6 star out of 5 if I can. It doesnt matter if it was a small matter that I ask. They have gone above and beyond and gave it they full attention. If I am ever in the area. I will definitely stay again and will recommend anyone to stay here. Just to experince the Great service and Wonderful staff they have. Much Aloha to you all. "

"They provide transportation from hotel to Gora station and from there the open air museum is super close. From gora station you take the cable car for the ropeway and pirate ship. The food is amazing "

"Close distance to the train station, malls, and restaurants. Hotel staff were accommodating and I had no trouble communicating in English. Room was quite spacious even as a solo traveler and bathroom did not feel cramped in the slightest. "

"Overall the stay was great (Room was good and meals were good too) except for the payment part. Our family stayed for 3 nights and Hotels.com had charged us already for 1 night before the trip. So we should only pay for 2 nights at the hotel after our stay. But they charged us for 3 nights. The reception officer kept saying that we needed to pay for 3 nights. After trying to reason with him, I spoke to the manager, who confirmed we only needed to pay for 2 nights. There was no apology for the mistake and if I didn’t insist that they check again and again, we would have been billed for 3 nights. "
