"This place is great. The staff helped us ship our luggage to our next hotel. They were the most lovely people; I can't praise them enough. The location is awesome, walking distance to everything in Minato Mirai, Bashamichi stop on the MM line outside the door, and a Lincos grocery store next door. The view from the hotel lobby is the best in the area. The room is well equipped, with a washer/dryer, frig, and everything to dine in the room. The breakfast was pricey, but filling and delicious...

"The room was spacious and had a full size fridge, utensils, stove top, and office space. It was close to the womble gate for US Navy Fleet activities and close to a lot of convenient stores if needed. "

"we would prefer to have been able to communicate with any staff or owner prior to getting there. the house was beautiful, complete kitchen. very clean. the rooms were enough for us. the living room was a plus, allowed us to talk and bond, better if there were two showers, one shower for a family of 9 was rather difficult."

Walking distance from amusement park, Nipponmaru ship museum, Cup noodle museum and other tourist activities and dining in the Yokohama port area. Beautiful rooftop restaurant with views of Bay Area. Excellent service. Large comfortable rooms with views."
