"료칸 처음 이용해봤는데 프라이빗탕도 혼잡하지 않고 대욕탕도 너무 좋았어요! 그리고 객실별로 개인탕이 있어 좋았고 간식 야식 석식 조식 뭐 하나 빼놓지 않고 만족스러워 또 이용하고 싶습니다! 그리고 삿포로 역에서 무료송영버스 타고 이동할 수 있어 좋았고 다음날 공항까지 정액택시도 12000엔에 이용할 수 있게 예약해주셔서 너무 좋았습니다(3명 기준 24인치 캐리어3개 넣는데 문제없는 크기의 택시였음)"

"Check-in was a little odd using a machine, but there was an employee who helped us. The nearby lake was beautiful, although we didn't have the clearest view from our room. The free sake was fun in the lobby. Breakfast was also tasty. The Japanese-style mattress (futon) could have used a bit more padding."

"This spot may not be one of the bigger roykans but is very hospitable. English friendly and onsen is tattoo friendly unfortunately the onsens are incredibly small the outside can only fit 2-3 people and the inside one is barely double that size. Dinner and breakfast were incredible."

"We enjoyed relaxing stay at quiet neighbor of Karurusu onsen district. Within around 20 minuets drive, you can reach at Noboribetsu city which you can get some necessary items and food/drink. At the hotel we were warmly welcomed by hotel staffs. They were kind and polite, willing to help us to stay comfortably. Onsen had two indoor baths: One is natural hot spring bath which is very hot. Another one is blend of natural hot spring water and cold water. There is not lovely outdoor onsen....
