"The hot springs were amazing. I was lucky enough to see wild deer while enjoying the outdoor bath, which made the experience even more special. There were so many facilities, including souvenir shops, a game center, karaoke bars, restaurants, and even indoor pools. We only stayed for one night, and honestly, it wasn’t enough time to fully enjoy everything this place had to offer."

"It was right in the CTS terminal, which was fantastic location. It included breakfast. Not great for a coeliac but a couple of things I could eat. The room was pretty small. The heating was too much. You can’t open the windows, but they did given us a fan to use in the room. The bathroom was clean. The carpet was a bit tired."

"Newer, gorgeous property with Ainu elements at a serene part of the small town. Nice, minimally designed room with great view of the lake, great for a relax trip. Onsen water is brownish and feels v therapeutic, smoothening for the skin. Food is alright, breakfast portion is a little small. Unlike other similar grade onsen hotels, there is no drinks provided in the room - only a jug of water, this is rather disappointing. Can't be sure the water is fresh. If this is due to environmental practice, the hotel could have provided water in aluminium can..."
