"Beautiful hotel with picturesque outdoor baths and variety of indoor baths and sauna. Huge buffet for breakfast and dinner with variety of Asian food and some western choices."
"If you are a non-smoker, do yourself a favour and skip this place. The hotel uses central air conditioning and the rooms on the non-smoking floor (level 7) smell musky with a stale cigarette stench. We had 3 rooms in my group and all the rooms were the same even when we changed rooms. "This hotel is my new favorite hotel. It is understated yet manage to wow me in every aspect. The staff are extra nice. Omi san who practically does the front desk and interpreter went above and beyond to help. He was patient yet thorough. We will definitely return. "
"Very friendly & helpful staff, we should learn Japanese in order to communicate better.
The hotel is luxurious, a bit worn down and needs refreshing.
Excellent location with free shuttle easily accessible"
"Conveniently located at the lower slope of Noboribetsu. Price is affordable but lift is small and slow. Onsen is a indoor and an outdoor with no views. Room is clean, spacious with plenty of charging plugs in the room. Bed, pillow and duvet is soft and comfortable. We had a wonderful sumptuous Japanese breakfast with mixture of western delights. You do have to walk up a slope to reach the Carpark. If you want an affordable place to stay, here is a good recommendation."
"Older resort but food and onsens were great.
Very convenient location to both the local sights as well as the shops. The on-site shop was also very handy to comfortably shop for some of the local products."
