"We had difficulties checking in but it was on EXPEDIA's end and not the hotels. The staff at the hotel, Isabella, was exceptional in that she persisted in calling Expedia and then onto Corporate working out the issue even though I'd made the reservation 10 months prior. Hats off to Isabella for her persistence and the great help she was in making the check-in pleasurable. Don't know WHY Expedia would send me the wrong confirmation number but it happened. "

"The staff at this location is fantastic. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, courteous and accommodating. The restaurant is great and the property overall is nice. It's a little long in the tooth, and though it looks like it had a remodel, it was probably with the lowest bidder. The room was dark and lacked adequate lighting except for the two lights over the bed which are as bright and blinding as the noonday sun. As can happen in Florida, it was musty.
