The system was down when I checked in at ~5pm, which didn't affect the check in process much but the wifi was out for the first couple hours which was inconvenient. In fact, the wifi availability was spotty throughout the entire trip and I often resorted to my data instead. On the second night, we came home late at midnight to find out we were locked out due to a system error and our key cards would not open our door no matter what. We were told maintenance couldn't be there till morning and were given a temporary room for the night. We were left without our chargers or any of our belongings which was incredibly inconvenient. I made sure with the night shift front desk that I will be notified as soon as it is possible to get into our room, but I had to wake up at 7:30am to go to the front desk to ask for someone to open our room. Even then, when they opened it, my keys still didn't work and I had to go get new keys. After that, the keys to my temporary room to get some of my things stopped working so that added another trip to the front desk. In total, I had to make at least 10 trips to and from the front desk at midnight and 8am. I wanted to speak to the manager which would not come until noon 12pm. I had to wait until 12pm to speak to them, and even then both supervisor and manager were incredibly unapologetic, and frankly very argumentative. I would not consider that good customer service. As an icing on the cake, the elevator broke when we went down to check out.
