"Our first room faced the Interstate from several floors up and had noticeable traffic noise all night. While less than ideal, we still slept in comfort (and we were thankful we got a room at all after all the flight issues). As soon as another room opened we switched over. The staff was great. Both rooms were clean. The second room was much quieter."

"Pros: just a beautiful pool area. Hot tubs, several different pools and gorgeous grounds. Cons: The wait time for food at the resort restaurants, was very long. An hour for the coffee shop and waited an hour and never got seated at the Grill. Hard push for time share, including an 8:30 morning call that woke us up."

"My stay at Springhills Hotel was disappointing, mainly due to the customer service. The staff often seemed bothered when I had simple questions, and it set a negative tone from the start. When I checked in, the front desk gentleman told me parking was $3.99 per night, but when I received the bill, it showed $20 per night. That kind of inconsistency feels dishonest. The room itself also had issues. The bathroom door was broken and needed to be fixed, and the tub had stains at the bottom that made it look unclean. Throughout my stay, calling the front desk was frustrating—most of the time they didn’t answer, and when they did, I was put on long holds. Even worse, they said they would send items like blankets, pillows, towels, and washcloths, but they never arrived. It felt like follow‑through just wasn’t a priority. Overall, the experience didn’t match the expectations for a comfortable or reliable stay. I hope the hotel addresses these issues for future guests."

"I had my doubts about staying at Laquinta because of a past bad experience. However I was pleasantly surprised. This hotel was clean, bedroom and sheets were very tidy and clean. The staff were courteous, professional, and very welcoming. The breakfast could improve to offer more healthy options. All and all my family and I had a great stay. I would definitely go back. "

"The receptionist was extremely friendly and even demonstrated how to unlock our door with the key fob with a replica model. The waiters at the dine-in were extremely friendly. One of them even remembered the drink I ordered one of the times and asked if I wanted the same thing, and we stayed for multiple days. They cooked food to order. The room was generously big and clean; there was plenty of space. The bathtub could be bigger, but overall is still good. The counter in the bathroom has plenty of space. I wish conditioner were included, as there was only shampoo and bodywash, but they give generous amounts."
