"Excellent hotel as home base to go to neighboring prefectures as shin Osaka station is few minutes walk away. Very convenient with Lawson, Family Mart and few 7/11 nearby, there’s also few restaurants and a Starbucks."

"Hotel is really good, clean and staff really helpful and I would say it was worth the money. There are a few little imperfections. I don’t think you should have to pay extra to use the gym and other facilities. Breakfast choice is great but I felt everything hot should have been hotter and everything cold colder. My last one is the coffee it is almost undrinkable just get a coffee machine. That being said the hotel is good and the staff make it so good."

"Comfortable and near train station and markets"

"I am to express my sincerely thanks to the hotel staff and helping us to accommodate 13 bicycle case. Your help is extremely needed. I will rate this hotel 5 stars. Good location and clean."

"Overall everything was great, except the room doesn’t have a night light or floor light can leave on while you are sleeping. We left the ceiling light on in toilet while we are sleeping, but it’s too bright shine through the glass from bathroom, we didn’t get to sleep at all, that’s one thing I hope the hotel can fix it. We were enjoyed our stay, hopefully the problem can be solved, and I will bring my family and grandchildren to visit and stay again."

"The front desk staffs are very nice and helpful, especially the lady her name is Dozono. I also enjoyed the view at night. If I have friends planning to go to Osaka, I would love to recommend this one!"
