"The Rooms here are very small. I found the hallway sometimes smelled of smoke. But it’s a non-smoking hotel. It’s next to the subway station. They offer free coffee, free tea and soda in the lobby. A continental breakfast of hard boiled eggs and pastries is offered. The soda machine was a bit dirty. Lawsons convenient store is next door. There are lots of restaurants and Bars near by. There is even a Burger King across the street. I went to the dinosaur museum on the next subway stop...

"This hotel was easily one of the best hotels we stayed in Japan. The hotel rooms have a proper ryokan feel and the hotel staff are the nicest people I have came across in Japan. We didn’t even ask them for a shuttle pick up from our bus stop but a car with a driver was already there They provide free shuttle to and fro Sukurai station which I wish I knew from before. "There was hardly anything to complain about the room. It was clean and spotless and the amenities were complete. Aircon/heater was good. Bathing facilities was good especially the bathing water - control of the temperature was very good. The hotel faciloties was excellent. Gym was fantastic, kids playroom was useful and the resturant (Numero 5) served good breakfast. Highly recommended for the right price."
