"Incredible hotel, we paid for a room with VIP club access, from the moment we walked through the door we were treated like royalty, with complimentary champagne and stunning views on the 33rd floor overlooking the city at night. The rooms were big and very modern. Breakfast was great with lots of options (both western and Japanese breakfast items). The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, I would definitely come stay here again!"

"Wonderful hotel! Staff is great and supportive. There were 2 waitresses in the restaurant that were not very attentive and we had to stand up and call them a couple of times as they would disappear. On the other hand there was a waiter that was super attentive and proactive. Very polite and helpful. "
