"I booked ahead of a group tour that was originating from this hotel to avoid having to check in/out; however they did need to switch my room after 2 days (to a smaller room), but did so very efficiently. The room I booked through Expedia was large, clean and excellent. Location was 2 blocks from the Shibuya station, where the Narita Express stops, and from which you can get anywhere in the city.
