"Everything was great, check in was in different place, but just 2 min away, and well explained where we needed to go. Room is very comfortable, I was staying with my daughter, perfect size for two of us. Kitchennete has everything you need for short a short stay. Room and toilet are very clean. Nice view, perfect for a short stayshort stay, the room and bath room is clean"

"The reception staff couldn't have been more helpful, accommodating and friendly. Our room was lovely and situated off the courtyard so it was extremely quiet. The room was well laid out with ample room for 2, with a perfect dining nook in the mini Kitchen (which was also very convenient)! The art deco themed decor in the lobby is fabulous. "Excellent find, right next door to Shepherds Bush Market train station, across the road from the market and a 3 minute walk from Shepherds Bush Empire (we were attending a gig). The hotel staff are friendly and helpful, the reception is manned throughout the night, there is a small bar We would definitely use this hotel again ( I would ask not to be allocated rm1 which backed onto a closed courtyard which housed extractor fans so the towels and our clothes when we left smelt of cooking...

"Definitely small double room as per old London standard. You have to be physically fit in order to manage yourself in this tiny room. Comfy bed. Very clean. Friendly staffs. Worth the money. If you want bigger rooms, try looking at newer area like Canary Wharf."
